No Job Too Odd!
Junction Home Services began in 2003 as Strange Renovations; a name derived from a desire I had to take on unusual projects. In reality, the jobs I embarked upon were not all that out of the ordinary, but each provided insight into the craft, complexity and life cycle of a building project.
I learned that I have different responsibilities when I am the initiator of a project than when I am called in to address another's work. I also learned that doing my best work gives my customers real value that will save them time and money down the road.
My career as a carpenter began in 1989 when I moved into a one-room schoolhouse in Roxana, Delaware. The building was 106 years old at the time and in need of much attention. Slowly I became more and more involved with carpentry until eventually I began to earn my living working with wood. I still live in the house today.
The name Junction was chosen in 2008. I selected it because each home stands upon a junction of its past and future. This is where we live our lives and where the work gets done.

what are these?
They are screen shots of weather radar from a storm we had here on the east coast today.
I was talking business with mom and she flipped to the weather channel where we saw this storm system that ran from chincoteague to boston. Almost simultaneously we said "I don't think I have seen that before".
The thunder was deep and distant.
